I have cancelled a ticket from MakeMyTrip, due to lockdown situation. I am looking for a refund procedure. I have already cancelled the ticket from MakeMyTrip. Now I want to know about the refund status. Ticket details are below: Ticket No : 098-[protected] & 098-[protected] Passenger Name: Tapas Chakraborty & Sipra Mitra Flight details: AI-776 BLR-CCU Ticket No : 098-[protected] & 098-[protected] Passenger Name : Tapas Chakraborty & Sipra Mitra Flight details: AI-775 CCU-BLR MakeMyTrip already gave the reference of the transaction - RA [protected] / [protected] & RA [protected] / [protected]. I have contacted AirIndia customer care, but no assistance from them! It's been more than 2 and a half month, and I did not receive the refund; moreover, I called them, mailed them, tweeted but nothing happened.
