Air India — issue non seat availability certificate

I am head constable telecom sunil kumar from paramilitary force ITBP SHQ SRINAGAR., i need a certificate that prove no SEAT AVAILABLE IN ANY FLIGHT from SRINAGAR to JAMMU on JUNE 22nd 2019. As i need to claim my tickets my office staff is asking for the certificate from airindia. I checked with airindia offices in SRINAGAR airport and JAMMU airport they are not responding properly. Now i don't know where to ask and which office i need to contact.
