Air India — mumbai goa travel | |||
I was supposed to travel by AIR INDIA flight at 5:05 A.M on 30 Oct 2019, Wednesday. When I reached Mumbai airport the AIR INDIA official told that the flight is down graded so there is no seat available. There were around 25 passengers whom they did not offer a seat. They also told that they can not give me any other flight as all the flights are booked.I asked them for compensation they said write a mail. I asked them for refund they said since you have booked through easemytrip they will process it. I asked them to give some letter stating the problem so that i can follow up in future. Today I received the refund of rs.950/- Actually i should get entire refund of rs. 3500. Because of them I had to stay one day in Mumbai and also had to take leave as I could not reach Goa. I work as a Professor in Goa. When I called AIRINDIA customer support they said as per our record you have traveled on 30th Oct. I told them its not true and I have that in writing given by AIRINDIA. So they asked me to call on [protected], Goa number. I tried calling on this number but no one is answering. . Was this information helpful? | |||
