Air India — my recent trip to india via air india airlines | |||
I took a trip to india from jan. 27, 2020 to feb 13, 2020, using air india. It was a horrifying experience flying with air india. First of all one of my baggage that i checked in going there was damaged. After 29 hours of flying i couldn't find a counter at indira gandhi airport to file the damage bag report. I was told that i could file the bag damage report when returning back. So i tried to file it at air india ticket counter on feb. 12, 2020. I was sick and didn't read what the representative has checked on my baggage tag. He checked that air india was not liable to pay for the bag and made me sign. Although i tried to explain very clearly what happened he still made me sign that piece of paper. As i mentioned i was quite sick on the return flight. The service provided on the flight was not too great either.in fact on the last plane i asked 3 flight attendants separately that i needed an extra blanket as i was extremely sick, i was only given a run around that they are looking for one extra blanket. On a 767 large plane they couldn't find an extra blanket, i was shivering the whole way. I think if someone was dying they wouldn't help them either and probably let them dye. Overall service bothways was a terrifying experience. I won't be taking air india flights anymore and probably won't recommend anyone else. It has made me more sick since i came back on feb. 13, 2020. I am seeking for compensation, refund of my ticket in cash. Was this information helpful? | |||

Air India claim best services is this services, is it my mistake why u makeing fool to people
