[Resolved] Air India — no refund for failed transaction or any info regarding its status | |
On 21 december 2019 i tried booking tickets for me and my family from chennai to port blair (15 jan 2020) and return on 19 jan 2020 but due to technical issue bookings were repeatedly cancelled but during the fourth attempt money was deducted from my account but ticket was not booked. I immediately called the customer care who instructed me to send email to [protected]@airindia.in with all the booking details which i did promptly and was assured by them that i would get refund within 14 working days but even after 16 working days there is no refund and there is no information regarding its status. Kindly consider my request.
