Air India — Not receiving message of cancellation of flight, absence of staff to answer and arrogance of the staff at Mysore airport | |||
I had confirmed ticket to fly from Mysore to Bangalore on 11th March 2021 by Airindia-alliance flight 9534. When the passengers reached airport of Mysore there was no officer at counter. We had not received any message regarding the cancellation of the flight. We were given this information much later. Had we got the message earlier we could have come later to catch the rescheduled flight arranged to take off at 1-35. In addition to this the staff of Airindia were arrogant and not friendly. I feel the staff should be changed forthwith as otherwise it will have bad impact. They came late and behaving rudely. Airindia authorities should initiate steps to take action and compensate for the lapses. Prof. J.
