Air India — Not refunding money and points

I had booked two way flight from Mumbai-Dubai and Dubai-Mumbai and flown Mumbai-Dubai but had to cancel Dubai-Mumbai by calling Air |ndia customer care due to some urgent work. 22nd March 2025 i had cancelled the flight.
Flight Date was: 23rd March 2025
The executive told me from customer care that you will get refund of 26000 plus points and 4599/- money refund within 7days. Its been more than 25 days now and i have been chasing them for same but everytime they say in next 24 hours you will get but eventually not getting any refund.
I have all the phone recordings with me which they have committed. They are not ready to provide direct email address or Company address saying just we are not allowed and for email just follow the preset options on their website.
So we want to file a complain them.
