Air India — Online ticket booking: money debited from credit card but no ticket issued

I tried to book a flight ticket for returning to india (Bishkek - hyderabad) on[protected] by using a credit card. But after entering the one time password the screen showed as "authorization failed", but money has been deducted from the bank account (Eur 578.19). I have attached the mail i got from the hsbc bank. I did not get any mail from the ticket. On contacting the bank the bank said that the payment was successful.
