[Resolved] Air India — payment was successful but tickets were not generated | |||
This is to inform you that my money is debited from my account and tickets are not generated for 24th February 2020 - 11.50 am flight AI 738 Bangalore to Bhubaneswar which I was booking today. I contacted the Air India helpline, asked me to wait as they said, payment is reflecting but wait untill the tickets are generated and also to mail but untill now no one has replied to my mail or provided any solution to it. When I got back to the airline website it said payment error. I've made the payment through UPI Google pay. Was this information helpful? | |||
Feb 5, 2020 Complaint marked as Resolved They have asked to send mail to [email protected], which i have sent already, no reply yet, plus in helpline numbers when i called neither they talked about the refund or gave any info of giving me the tickets which I've paid for. Air India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
