Air India — refund for ticket :[protected],[protected] | |
The ticket has been cancelled by agent (Paytm) on 28th may, and after that the flight has got cancelled. I tried to reach air india through mail, call, twitter. On twitter, they have provided a dl, which sends out automatic replies and via call, it gets automatically disconnected. I tried to reach air india customer care service for nearly a week, but could not get through. I have sent different mails to different dl's following up for nearly a month, but there has not been action taken from air india side. As per the latest information, that i have, agent paytm has raised two ra's for refund as there are two tickets (Ra number: [protected] and [protected]) and air india has not authorized the ra's, so as a result of that paytm is not able to process the refund. This thing has been going in around since a month and air india is completely deaf to it. Please take action against this. I have attached all valid proof's of conversation that i had through mails.
