Air India — Refund not initiated | |
Dear Air India Team, This is further with reference to " Non issuance of Refund" for an attempted ticket booking done on 19th March 2021 @ 21:30 hrs IST. The ticket was not issued but the amount of INR 65, 158/- has been debited from the account. PFB the details of the transaction below. 1. PNR No. HR9D9 2. Transaction Id :S55263385 3. Transaction Date : 19 Mar 2021. 9.30 PM. 4. Transaction Type : Net Banking The above transaction was successful and the same has been verified by the bank. Pl find account details for your reference. Name: Sebastian T A Federal Bank, Girinagar, Cochin Account No.[protected] IFSC: FDRL 0001058 There have been multiple follow ups in this regard since March'21 but the amount has still not been credited to the said account. Kindly look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest. We expect a swift responsive action in this regard from your end.
