I have purchased 2 flight tickets, attached, in November and December 2021, which we cancelled, filled in feedback forms and called numerous times but 8 months later we still haven’t received any refund.
Every time I call, customer service says that I will receive the refund in 7 to 14 days, but sure enough, still haven’t received this refund. This is pure incompetence and a resolution needs to be found ASAP.
I have been on the call with your Escalation team, whereby again they assure that the refund will be processed but whilst talking to me the line dropped and every time I call back and wait till they put me through again, the line drops again. When I mentioned this to the person I was speaking to, they say if it happens they will call back but they haven’t. I requested an email to confirm that this has been processed on their end and we will receive the refund, but apparently they have no access to emails which I cannot understand in today’s day and age how someone has no access to email especially in such an office!
