Don’t know who to contact to get the compensation for buying overpriced tickets on the same day to come back to London on time as air India cancelled our flight at last minute and budget air didn’t provide us any tickets to comeback. I wrote to both budget air and air India. They don’t want to provide any refund or any compensation. I had booked an Air india ticket and cancelled it on the same day in march, 2022. However it has been several months since that and i have yet not received my ticket refund. I have raised several complaints to air india officials and even filed my grievance over their website and also emailed them, but i have not received my refund yet. Even after being promised refund several times, they have not yet processed my refund....

I booked the ticket using airindia website and air india call center changed the flight and once they booked with wrong dates in connecting flights. It took around 10days with multiple calls/emails/twitter tweeks for them to fix it. I reached out to them for adding an infant call center guy said infant can be added at airport counter, I went to airport twice and they said they dont have option to give ticket and asked me to reach out to reservations.[protected]@airindia.in,...

Calling customer service agents no proper response ......

I have called the call centre many times to reschedule my flight, but no one is able to change it. They keep on disconnecting my call. Nobody has answers. everyone keeps on saying i have changed many times so i cannot change it now.
