    Damaged Bag

    I arrived from Lon to Kochi on 22nd June in business class. Upon collection the bag, I noticed several damages including but not limited to one strap was loose and locking of the strap broken. I draw the attention to the officer on duty near the conveyor belt and informed me following his quick look at " can't do anything" He even refuse to record my complain . I wrote several emails to contactus but no response including customer service...

    I have been trying to reschedule the flight for my wife and kid for more than 2 weeks, I tried calling Air India customer support more than 10 times but I am still not able to reschedule my flight because of various reasons like call drop, and errors in the system. One of the associates raised a ticket and assured me that I will get a call back from the technical team but no response. Flight prices have gone up significantly in the past 2 weeks.

    Please help me in rescheduling the flight below are the details for reference -

      Dear Sir/Mam,

      I booked flight from Toronto to Delhi for 24 June 2022.

      I reached at Toronto air port well on time and deposit my luggage and clear security check in then suddenly airline staff came to me and said i can not travel in this flight due to some seat issue !

      Then they returned my stuff and gave me next day same time flight boarding pass, told me to come next day.

      I was an important meeting on 25 June, which I messed due to delay!

      I was imposed one day/night staying expenses in Toronto.

      So am looking for an compensation approx. INR 200000,

      Do needful quickly in favor of below dentils of mine.

        I have booked ticket on 20th march with air india app for 30th march. Than i have cancelled my ticket on 23 march but didn't receive my refund till now.
        Each time I'm calling customer care they are sath that refund is in process and will get refund in 2-3 days.

          Dear sir,

          I wish to register my grievance against Air India airport staff Mumbai . We were 3 passengers travelling from LHR to GOI VIA BOM arrived @ 02.10am on 2nd May 2023 there no proper guidance at the airport that we should fill in the lending forms or re checking our baggage your Air India staff wearing Air India lanyard were directly us in the wrong ways and we could not make it to the flight . Very poor customer service none of the staff know the Airport well and nobody is helpful .Nobody don't speak English or Hindi nobody is helpful to ask something instead of making go up and down to drop the bags to the checking queues for the lift as well there was priority for passenger missing flights we had to put 23kgs suitcases on the escalators and the Air India staff was watching the drama instead helping .They don't help passengers until they are given money or celebrities why are paid monthly salary if they need bribe . After making us dance up and down we made it to the checking at 04.50 from there we run to the gate in the security the officer had hold us looking at the money in my husbands wallet .Security officer was simply screening the wallet over and over again unnecessarily the gate was closed by the time we reach to the gate . When I started crying the I started your Air India staff lady treated us like a dirt saying shush... That was very rude and disrespectful .Another passenger had fainted because she missed her flight but your Airline Staff at didn't even offer her water nor help. So heartless that lady was . From there we were send to the ticket desk no one escorted us they just left us saying go out . That was not when came back to the ticketing desk they told us to wait for the bags .So we asked they for rebook us on the other flight they said we will get only baggage allowance 25kg and we will have to pay to for extra baggage nobody was trying to help us they only told us to wait we were sleepless wanting to go home to our parents . So when the 07.30 or 07.00 Ms Chitra Helped us when new shift started told us to rebook the ticket so we booked and we can take same baggage allowance the tickets from BOM GOI @ 21.50 but at Air India Airline ticketing desk outside the airport charged us £198 pounds and extra 2.5%. Mrs Chitra Ma'am She was very helpful we appreciate her Help and we offered her some chocolates but she refused the take them . Chitra Ma'am was as very kind and helpful women . We need are refund for the about charges please. So sad Mumbai airport give poor customer service . Even we work at Heathrow Airport we help passenger in all the ways we could .

              This is regarding my PNR No-JRPVD dated 20-06-22, on this day I was suppose to travel from CCU to IXZ along with the family including my spouse, 7 year daughter and 15 months son . During boarding pass process I came to know that my daughter need to have an RTPCR negative report to travel in this sector which was impossible at this point of time . I further tried to explained that there were no information or alert conveyed to me prior to my departure date even in my registered mobile number about this COVID protocols where RTPCR is mandatory for 5+ year kids too which is only there in this region to the counter staff . This lead to harassment to me and my family, inconvenience, additional expenses of hotel stay, additional one day leave loss and repurchased ticket for the same sector bearing PNR No-5PNPMY for 21-06-22 . Finally I could able to travel by paying once again after purchase of tickets for whole family .
              Every one is aware that there is covid situation going on every where and information sharing is most import but I am surprised Air India didn't provide alert or no information shared on registered mobile due which we have suffered all the way . Now I want my complete amount bearing PNR No-JRPVD must be returned to me as I have paid two times for a single journey.
              I hopeful for kind attention in this regard .

                Sir/Ma'am,
                I made a payment to Air India (UPI - billdeskpg.[protected]@icici) via my Google Pay App through my SBI Upi ID while booking ticket on the airline website on 20 April 2022. Transaction of amount Rs 4739/- with transaction ID:[protected] failed and amount was debited from my account. Subsequently, I registered online grievance twice with SBI, however, case was resolved without payment stating that Merchant (Air India) denied payment as goods and services provided to user. The amount of Rs. 4739/- for the failed transaction hasn't been refunded till date.

                    Hi,

                    My family and I booked 5 tickets from Delhi to Kullu dated 9th June 2022 on flight 9I-805. Booking was done via online booking platform Goibibo.

                    Our confirmed ticket listed checkin luggage limit to be 15kgs. On the day we presented with 5 checkin luggage bags totalling 71 kgs. We were asked by checking in staff to pay Rs10000 for excess baggae. They said baggage limit for Delhi to Kullu flights is 10 kgs and not 15 kgs.

                    Seeking resolution on this matter through a complete refund of excess baggage charges.

                    If required, I can produce booking tickets from GoIbibo stating 15 kg as checkin limit.

                      I have called air india to reschedule my booking i told him to change my booking to 26 of june later it was 19 of june i have paid 5003 to the air india via link provide by customer service number on my mail but no confirmation mail and i did not got any msg pls help me now i am calling ur airline no response all are saying we cant do anything ur flight got cancelled i enclose uh proof of my payment of amendment and also entering my details of itinerary and also i am attaching ticket send by air india and also when i am entering my details on ur website manage my booking it shows ur trip has been cancelled

                        Respected Sir,

                        I had booked air tickets on 07June 2022 from Delhi to Indore and back for the journey on 02nd Jul. 2022 and 31st Jul. 2022. But due to a change of some reimbursement rules I needed to cancel the said booking. So, I contacted the customer care of air India on the same day of booking. Your customer care gave me wrong information and said to me the cancellation charges will be deducted if you cancelled your booking. In this regard I contacted the customer care the next day and came to know that if I cancelled my booking within 24 Hours of said booking then the amount of booking refunded me without any deduction. So, Due the wrong information provided to me by your customer care I missed to cancel the booking. After that I contacted your customer care too many times but neither my booking was cancelled, nor the booking amount refunded me till date. I am in trouble and going into stress.
                        It is therefore requested that please help me to cancel my booking and provide full amount without deduction of any charges. I shall be thankful to you for this act of kindness.

                            Booked ticket for 3 passengers on 12 may. The airline cancelled the flight. I have called thrice for refund and it almost a month and no refund issued, no reference number given for my telephonic complaint. I am also filling this form for 2nd or third time. Ticket numbers:[protected], 304, 305 for 6th June from delhi to Jodhpur. Airline cancelled the flight not me still I have to do so much n wait so please g for refund of rs 16923 of mine. Kindly refund asap

                              I had booked flight tickets from the Air India website on 27th May for travelling on the 30th May and money had been debited but I didn't get the flight ticket nor any message regarding the confirmation.
                              I was told to wait for 7-21 days but it's been a month right now and I've got no response from them. They have wasted my time and energy for resolving this issue. This is fraudulence . I've lost my valuable time and money due to their disservice

                                I had booked an air ticket for me and my mum in March from Heathrow to Goa. Due to sudden itinerary changed by air India and covid situation and war between Ukraine and Russia, I called air India to cancel, spoke to some senior most person in the end who agreed to grant me a full refund for the tickets. It's 3 months since and I haven't received a single penny. I requested them via email several times and they kept reassuring of solving the issue and have done nothing since. I even filled a feedback form many weeks ago on the air India website but to no avail.
                                Please I'm only requesting to refund my hard earned money. Is it that difficult?

Please help.

                                    I booked ticket online and was provided the seating arrangement (AI 127) my seats were 27D, 27E, 27F and 27C . At the time of check-in I confirmed at counter to make sure they give the seat that I selected online and he acknowledge. I did not cross very the boarding pass with the seats. For the family seats where allocated at different place which cause very unconvinience for the travel. If online allocated seats can not be honored then we should be notified in advance .

                                      My name is Chandrawadini Pandurangan from Bradford, I recently travelled with your airlines from London Heathrow to Hyderabad in India on the 5th of June 2022 on flight number AI 148 and my ticket number is[protected].

                                      I checked in myself online on the 4th of June 2022 and during the process I updated all the details which includes choosing the seat and meal preference and updating the travel document information as seen in the document attached.

                                      On the day of travel, I was at the airport 3 hours earlier so that I can complete all the process of checking in and dropping my luggage. The staff at counter was not person centred has had no courtesy too to welcome passengers. The flight was due to start at 9:40am UK standard time the boarding took place on time however the flight was stranded for more than 1.5 hours without much update. During this period no beverages were supplied at last the flight took off at 10:30 am UK standard time.

                                      When the flight was in air all the entertainment system were down the seat was not clean most of the plastics were broken. The stewards tried their best to rest the onboard entertainment system without no luck. We were then supplied with the breakfast, I have very clearly mentioned when checking online my seat and meal preferences which was not actioned. The meal was served and after having a few bites of the food I realised I was supplied with Non vegetarian meal instead of a Hindu vegetarian meal which is not only deficiency in the service but also sin in the eye of God. I am really shocked with this incident, The flight steward after realising was apologetic and reported that the previous steward who provided me with alternative seats has not updated her about the meal preferences but this was truly pathetic service.

                                      I come from Hindu religion, and I follow my strict vegetarian diet. I felt sick knowing that I have been fed non vegetarian meal and I feel like my religious practice has been strongly violated by disrespecting my religion and made me eat non vegetarian meal.

                                      I have travelled with Air India before and other airlines and there was no packaging or writing to differentiate a vegetarian meal from a non-vegetarian meal on the food which is unusual but as a passenger we totally rely on the airlines staff to respect our belief on supplying the right food that I requested but feels like the staff members didn’t check the meal before serving it to me and gave us non-veg food.

                                      I urge you to launch a fully comprehensive review of the quality of services offered in your flights taking into considerations and I also trust that you are going to deal with the complaint in strict manner while taking all the necessary measures to make sure hat such incidents do not happen again . I am confident that you are not thrilled with receiving complaint letters from your passengers so do something about it.

                                      I never had this problem before in my life, and this mistake I believe must be on the airline itself.

                                      I have return ticket to travel back to UK with my mum accompanying me on 30th June and I am dreading to travel with yourself because of my recent experience

                                      I feel that because of this distressing experience and inconvenience caused, especially when I since you had the contractually obligation to hold and provide the right meal as requested, I feel would like to request refund for the tickets as compensation as I feel I am entitled to this compensation. I hope you accept my request and looking forward to hearing back from you.
