Air India — Regarding Refund of Cancelled Ticket | |||
Hello, this is Dr Shreyas Bhor. I had booked Air India flights for me and my wife on 20/02/2020 and 01/03/2020 from Air India mobile app (iOS). Both flights were cancelled due to COVID19 pandemic. As per Gov. of India and Hon. Supreme Court of India, Air India was supposed to refund the amount in due period. I have contacted Air India customer care repeatedly and also have mailed their e-commerce mail id. Each time I get answer that amount will be refunded in 1-2 weeks but I haven't received any refund yet. All this is causing a lot of mental stress in addition to economic loss. ticket details are as follows: 1) Ticket details No. 1: Passenger Name: 1) Shreyas Bhor and 2) Supriya Shinde Date of Journey-- 26/05/2020. Date of ticket booking-- 20/02/2020. From--Mumbai to Frankfurt Confirmation Number: YE8WV E-Ticket Number:[protected] &[protected] FF Number: AI[protected]. Ticket Amount-- INR 50, 982. 2) Ticket details no.2: Passenger Name: 1) Shreyas Bhor and 2) Supriya Shinde Date of Journey-- 05/06/2020. Date of ticket booking-- 01/03/2020. From--Vienna to Pune E-Ticket Number:[protected] &[protected] FF Number: AI[protected]. Ticket amount: INR 56, 546.
