Air India — Request for full refund of the ticket no[protected]

As per the telephonic conversation with one of your staff, i have been informed that my ticket has been fully refunded on 20th April 2021 (Rs 11268/-) which is the flight from Imphal - Delhi; Delhi - Kolkata and Kolkata to Agartala to the travel agency ie Ease my trip. Therefore, I would like to request you for any document/confirmation letter from your end regarding the above said so that i could confirm to the agency regarding the same.
