Air India — transaction failure | |||
On 21st april i booked a flight from air india app Destination was from delhi to bagdogra. At my first attempt my transaction was failed but my money was deducted from account. I called them mailed them they said money will be refunded with in 4, 5 working days till today it's not refunded. Again on 21 may i booked for same flight again same thing happened. My balance of 10350 is stucked. And i don't have any idea wether it'll be refunded or not as i am a student from bhutan in india. I am cash less and helpless. If some one can resolve the problem i would be thankful Was this information helpful? | |||
