Sir my pnr xbl2xv flight 0p 122 cancelled due to technical reasons 0n 1st oct 2016 after several remainder air pegasus helpline sent message refund credited in mmt but mmt told that after 14 days air pegasus not refunded also not credited in mmt account the i sent complaint to air pegasus but no response so i humbly request you to solve this matter rs 3244 but mmt told that during august air pegasus going to cancel i book complaint mmat augusu mmt sent several reminder is it good way for customer paramasivam

Updated by parama195 Sir without solving my problem air pegasus resolved my previois complaint againt non refund fo xbl2xv flight op122 cancelled flight 10th oct sent refund credited in makemytrip account but mmt says after 14days air pegasus not refunded who is telling lie i have copy of message from air pegasus for refund credited also copy of mmt not received refund i do not know how to get 3244 whethe i can issue legal notice againt air pegasus
