Aircel — 3G service not working | |||
I'm using Aircel Postpaid since mid June 2015. I have activated 3G net pack. But, from the day one I couldn't browse anything. Even when signal shows H or H+, I couldn't even open google site. I have called customer care some 7 times regarding this issue. Everyone, tells me to add Manual APN - Select Aircel Network Manually - Clear the browser cache and Restart the phone. I did the same so many times, but though the problem persists. I asked them to transfer my call to senior officials for escalation, they ask'd me to wait on line as they will transfer my call. But my call was put on hold for about 10 mins, and no one was responding. I'm really frustrated with this, as I'm paying the bill for net pack which I'm not using at all. And the Aircel signal strength is also so poor. How to get it resolved?? Was this information helpful? | |||
