[Resolved] Aircel — 3G services | |||
I bought the Rs 447 3G recharge twice on 14/04/2014 and 21/3/2014 again. The customer service is extremely poor. They dont understand English and their answers are very lame with no resolution. When I escalated the matter to Aircel's APPELLATE AUTHORITY, I got a cll from their network engineer that they dont have 3G coverage in my area. There was no proper 2G service too. So, I requested for a refund which they denied claiming that I am enjoying their internet services. Aircel is the WORST SERVICE PROVIDER EVER AND I HOPE SOME ACTION IS TAKEN AGAINST THEM AS THEY ARE ROBBING THEIR CUSTOMERS' MONEY AND VALUABLE TIME. Was this information helpful? | |||

connectivity . i calle 121 and informed that i having been facing this problem even for the past recharge of Rs.393. They twice did not complete my call. either call got cut or was put on hold and one time they gave me instruction to save settings once again . still it takes 15min to get a home page. till now to send this it has taken 3h. with several disconnections. it doesnt look like 3g service. most of the time no connectiity; From morning i tried to call 121 it says to dial 3, 3 4 and another 3 finally says all our executives our busy. i have been trying frm morning. planning to change to BSNL if this complaint is not rectified. several of them are of the same opinion. kindly rectify this
