Aircel — Aircel not refund my previous balance on duplicate sim and | |||
Hello i am Nishant .i am prepaid custmoer of aircel in himachal pradesh . my aircel no. is [protected]. i lost my aircel sim card in september 2015. i went to aircel store and there i buy of the same no.( [protected] ) duplicate sim in 50 rs . but after activation and verrification aircel did not refund my previous balance of rs. 205 and retailer also said to FRC on this no. and she did 85 rs FRC on it i call many time in custmoer care but they denied to refund my previous balance they said we dont refund and it is rule of our company my total loss of 340 rs. here i am frustrate because other operator refund previous balance on duplicate sim they only charge 25 to 50 rs. with copy id proof for it but aircel is cheating here with me Nishant Acharya VPO Vashishat Teh.
