[Resolved] Aircel — aircel transfer promo balance into main account balance

Dear sir, i shiv lal yesterday i had recharged rs.99/- on my aircel mobile no [protected] at paytm dated 6.9.2017 then my balance goes to in any promo balance of rs.105/-. And it shows that the validity of this promo balance is only 5 days. Sir i do not want to this promo balance. Kindly transfer this promo balance in my main account balance. Because i do not know any step to transfer this promo balance into main account balance. I will be always thankfull to you. Shiv lal mobile no: [protected]

Aircel Customer Care's response Dear Customer (rajebasant79),

We would like to inform you that the PF balance (promo balance) can not be transferred to main balance. Although, PF balance can be used as same as the main balance for voice, SMS and internet but, you can not use the PF balance to activate any service.
