Aircel — AIRCEL - Worst service and show room cheating customers | |||
I am using aircel network no [protected] from in 2003 on wards till now, but I have received massage from Aircel on 17/02/15 after noon sms for “ Dear Customer, Kindly submit your valid proof at nearest Aircel store / Distributor to enjoy uninterrupted services, than after evening my number status is barred (incoming & Outgoing calls), I was asking customer care above the facing my problem, they also guide to me above sms information that ‘ you were received SMS one week before by care person’ But I was not received that type any information from AIRCEL one week before. After on 18/02/15 I went to Aircel Office in Salem 4 roads, they are also told call barred reason for document submission already informed from Aircel, I was also not accept their information and I have submitted my valid ID proof (voter ID) to Aircel care person . They have accepted and Network services giving on 18th evening, on that day my problem was solved again on (today) 19/02/2015 after noon my Aircel SIM Net Work services totally stopped, I have called to my no [protected] from other person mobile but my sim number has does not existed from aircel services, again today I went same Aircel office 4 roads Salem, I have asked to care person why my number net work was not coming so they told again for document not submitted so net work not working, again I was informed to him already I have submitted yesterday, after he was checking his table my proof is seeing them, than he told me yesterday permission given manually after he was silent, Again i asked to him what I will do now, he was not answered after he diverted me to another counter person, that told my(prepaid) number out of network so cannot access the for prepaid, they able to give permission to Post paid only but I did not accept for Post paid (I was communicated above 11 years using this number so I need this prepaid), after they have seen my proof and again discussed to internally, they told me we will take approval for in this week after they will call to me (some charges also informed for activation purpose) if after calling 4 to 6 days to access the number. And I have return to home now. Complaint My question is why they did not communicate for document submission early, my sim validity also shown date oct-01 2016. Why they should stop network to my number (legally what is the emergency case for them we are citizen or terror…?) why they focusing post paid scheme, why didn’t inform previous day, why did give permission temporarily 24hrs, why did not update my document proof previous day… I have lot of question to them My important communication records also this number [protected] for example bank, school, personal relation, and business etc… now my family members also very depressed. So I need my number activation immediately some solution and take the action to AIRCEL network provider In case of emergency anybody how to contacting to me, and how help to my family and other relative also and how handle my bank records (mobile and net banking) and business communication.
