[Resolved] Aircel — amount deducted from prepaid top ups without information | |
I have a pre-paid aircel connection for my mobile. To-day morning at 11.49 am i have recharged for rs..150/-. Talk time was for rs.140/- and new balance was rs.140/-. However around 1 pm today the balance has drastically come down to rs.91/-. I have a 3g connection and i have carefully put it in 'off' mode. When i checked with customer care (As such it is difficult to get a customer care executive to talk to), i was told that some renewal charges have been deducted from my new balance. This was done without any information to me nor with any permission from me. I want such deduction to be reversed by aircel Was this information helpful? | |
