NDMC170317PI2 pack is being renewed automatically everyday and deducting Rs 2 from my balance. Do check it and kindly refund the deducted money as soon as possible. My number is [protected].

Do it as soon as possible otherwise I would be forced to change my phone carrier. And this renewal is being taking place for the last 5 days and I even tried to contact your customer care service. But they said that theres no pack available and were of no help.

We would like to inform you that you have been charged Rs 2/- for Auto Renewal data pack on daily reactivation basis.

Although, the service has been deactivated from our end but the charges are found to be correct and hence we regret that no waiver is applicable.

Also, we hope the same has been explained to you over the call.

NDMC170317SMS2 pack is being activated on my mobile automatically everyday since very long, resulting in the deduction of my main balance. I have not activated any services on my phone.
Please kindly stop this service on my mobile and refund the money asap.
