[Resolved]  Aircel — Automatic vas activation by aircel without my instruction and billing my balance

Hi I received 2/3 messages on 29.11.2015 by thanking me for subscribing "Juiceup Weekly" @ Rs.5/- per week which I have not done. Again in the same message it has been mentioned that I have been charged Rs.5/- for this VAS. In this regard I want to say that unnecessarily a VAS has been activated in my mob. no. [protected] under Bangalore Aircel service. On the above said date another VAS, i.e., "Masti Mall" @ Rs.1/- per day has been activated which is also without any instruction from my side. After the above two VASs I had sent two messages mentioning "STOP" to 155223. Unfortunately on 01.12.2015 another two massages were sent to me by mentioning about the activation of "Juiceup Weekly" and "Masti Mall" again. Till this end my entire balance was reduced to nil. In the fear of further deduction I am not recharging any balance. I have already taken a Airtel connection. But I don't want to skip Aircel No. If Aircel behaves like this as per its wish then I must stop using Aircel service. From the above fact you have to understand that how your silly work helps another service provider to be opted. You may be profitable at a certain point of time. But you are loosing long term profitability. It is your choice how to deal this type of issue. I have always another option. Hope you will take positive action. I request to know about your early action to be mailed to my mail id. Thanking you. [protected]

Being a valued customer, we have refunded this amount as a goodwill gesture to your Aircel number [protected] and these packs are already deactivated. Request you to take care in future while accessing internet and avoid using/downloading chargeable links/services.
