Sir, I am your regular consumer of Aircel GSM Mob [protected]. On Oct/03 recd msg to dial***to get free Rs 30. Dialed to see what is offer but balance deducted Rs 30. Again received message to dial the offer same amount again deducted. So Rs 60 has been deducted without receiving any service. Kindly refund my balance to continue with Aircel. Thanks.

We would like to inform you that you have Activated MYDALA vas service on 3rd October 2015 at 07:54AM through USSD mode which you has been charged and service has been deactivated as per your request however waiver of Rs.30/- will be credit in your account within 24 hours as a onetime goodwill gesture
