[Resolved] Aircel — Balance deduction on regular interval | |||
Balance is being deducted from my aircel number (+91-[protected]) on around 1 month interval. Including today[protected] it's more than ten times the same thing happened and one SMS comes after every deduction saying "Thanks for using Aircel service". When I called customer care and they said some content from "hungama service" is downloaded on my phone & that's why Rs. 5 is deducted. But I was not using hungama service so how can something be downloaded on my phone? I have complaint on aircel web site. & recive service request number 1 -[protected] has been registered with aircel. it will be processed by 14/08/2014. but no any response.
