[Resolved]  Aircel — Balance Deduction+ service not activated+ unwanted Subscriptions

being a customer from past 2-3 years. this is not the first time i see the balance deduction problem. but till now it was just in 10-20 rs which i had in my account. but these days i - my all balance gets deducted within 2 days of my recharge. reasons would be- unwanted auto subscription. when i filed a complaint email to customer care i just got half of the money back. Now, for Data packs. when i recharged my mobile online thru aircel online recharge this monday 15th of June 2015- with pack of Rs 77., amount got deducted from my Debit card. . being got the message of deduction i was in assumption of recharge done successfully. when i started using Mobile data i was shocked to see my 120 rs getting deducted in 2 mins. for just around 5334KB == just 5MB. so crap service.but the recharge was not done. when i called customer care, lady said she would file a complaint and gave me the complaint ID #[protected]. and still there is no refund done for 77 recharge. i want my 120RS+77RS. back not just 77RS. after some Hours i did a recharge of 14RS data pack for 3 days limited MB's. for even that, my amount from Debit card got deducted . same story continued again i started mobile data- within no time after some 5mb of data use my balance 48RS got deducted.and "service dint get activated" was the response from customer care. and silly lady again asked me to go to a shop and make a recharge don't go for online. i bounced back on her - whats so different in doing a recharge from Retail shop?? no answer. why did u provide the service online to make the recharge? if not working properly. Even this money i need a refund- 14RS + 46RS i expect this to be refunded Asap. now Aircel has to refund me - round of Rupees- 120+77+14+46 =257RS :( Get this amount refunded in my Debit/ balance. else i would get that to the Escalation in concerned Authorities. pehle aisa nahi tha aircel service sadly.
