I should get a balance of 45 not 27

just now i did a recharge of 35 i need to get a balnc of 45 but its shows zero balnc when i called your cc mr amzad pic the call and answered very badly slready i have given a complaint to consumer forum regarding your fake offer i want my balance back..can i get a call from your side..my humble request stop deducting the balnce even am going to post this msg on twitter so that people should get aware how aircel is deducting amount in shake of giving fake offer dial*121# select offer for you recharge 35 get 45tt..

For 5years ago, i used this no..On that time, Sbi bank acc opened in my name & updated this is my number..now i changed a new no..so that I request to bank for updation..But not updated..so that, self change doing time OTP send to old no..my old no is [protected]..
