Aircel — Banalce Deduction Uselessly .. | |||
This is AnilKumar PK from Banagalore. I have my aircel number [protected] . i have been charged rs 5 on 26 jan saying you have been subscribed for the video talkies and on 27 jan 2015 i have been charged rs 50 saying your video talkies plan has been renewed for 15 day. i did not ask for any subscription nor anything even i have activated NCPR service so that no useless calss comes to me . when i called the customer care he said i have activated it. what kind of rubbish nonsense reply is this. useless deduction from number. i request for a refund he said its not possible. i then messaged to stop the service when i messaged the reply was no such pack has been activated . then how i was been charges rs 55. currently iam having 2 aircel sims. i will register a police complaint against the company and stop the service of my sim and ask all my collegues who are using aircel to stop thier aircel sim. this kind of bad experience is untollerable from aircel. i have been charged many times uselessly in the past 3 years.
