Aircel — Billing problem for my mobile number | |||
Hi this is kumar form chennai Few months back only i changed my airtel number to aircel postpaid My mobile number [protected] Last month only iam getting my statement copy In my statement i find vas subscription amount 149+21.61=170.61 But i dint subscribed any vas so i went your aircel shop at nungambakkam on (22.05.2016) And gave complaint they told me they sent some mail to customer care they will cancel the charges of this 170.61 rs Yet i dint get any conformation from aircel And yesterday (26.05.2016) i got one sms from aircel that sms is here (Your game club at 99.0 is auto-renewed for 30 days for 99.0 to stop sms stop to 155223) O this month also iam going to get extra bill without any using i called your costumer care 198 they told me i should pay all the amount but without am using am not going to pay so you could cancel this extra amount if you people not cancel the amount iam helpless you forcing me to surrender my aircle postpaid connection Thanking you V kumar [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
