[Resolved] Aircel — Bought 3G but signal showing as 2G | |||
Hi Team, I bought aircel data card for 3 GB @399 Rs. when I try to connect internet in my home(pincode 602025) it is showing as 2G and speed is very less. I want some to help, i already sent many mails to Aircel Customer care but no proper response. if it is not working as 3g then I will not pay for the service which I am getting. my number is [protected] or mail at Ramesh.[protected]@cognizant.com please call between 9 to 10 in the morning or call after 9 PM. if you cant resolve the issue then please cancel my service and I will not pay for the service.
