Aircel — Call drop and tariff not applied | |||||
It is regret to inform that Aircel having worst customer care, they never bother about customer complain and customer will never able to connect customer care. I have recharge with Rs. 36 A-A 15p but it is not charging the same, they have charged Rs.1/min. its worst service provider in india, i dont know why TRI gave the permission to operate. Eeve Call drop is more in this Aircel network, TRI should charge for call drop. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Tariff Voucher of Rs.36 was recharge on 11/20/15
Still the issue in not resolve for my mobile#[protected], I have recharge on 20/11/15 of Rs.36 for A-A 15 Paisa but still the call rate is high, Kindly correct this on High priority.
PS: what is the use of Rs.36/- still i am not able to use and causing call costing more.
