Aircel — Charge extra bill | |||||
Hi I am Pradeep. Aircel dealer Akhilesh ([protected]) give me postpaid connection no [protected] worth 250 rs security amount & 175 rental (250 minutes, 1 Aircel no unlimited free, 200 SMS, 2G internet unlimited free). After one month they charge 367 rs. When I ask customer care. First 1 month they told me extra charges are because of internet charges. After 1 more month my bill come approx 650 (i.e 2 month bill). Now they told me for first month bill extra charges due to activation charges. Now my no is deactivated by them. They told me to file a case in court on me. What would I do, kindly help me.
