Aircel — Company is not serious about customer willingness regarding postpaid plans | |||
I am amit, I have purchased Aircel postpaid plans. I have been using postpaid number last 3 years, but still company not taking my willingness seriously. I have using 299 corporate plan last 2 years, but some days ago I have changed my plan for using 3G services, but several times I have called at customer care no of aircel, but nobody have solve this problem seriously, inspite of that theris representative behaviour was not good. I personally feel that this company are unable to provide good 3G services. Company's representative always tell me in such a way that I am uneducated person, and unable to use smartphone, that a rebbish tandency. I am using 3G services of Vodafone in same handset very effectively and services of Vodafone is quite good. My request that Aircel should be punished for their fake commetment/ promises.
