[Resolved] Aircel — complaint against a auto renewal sms pack without any consent | |
My complaint is same as shudhanshugpt. My aircel no. ([protected]) has been charged rs.2 daily for the renewal of sms service ndmc170317sms2 for the last week without my consent. Why the hell did you did you do this guys?? I havn't request for any such service but you has activated it on my no. Without my permission. I would like it to be deactivated and my money refunded as soon as possible. Please don't activate any such service yourself in the near futute without the user interface. I get calls from as Airtel reg offers for prepaid connection, I request to delete this service and not to call regarding offers etc
