Aircel — Complaint regarding MNP | |||
Hi Sir/Madam, I am Atul using Aircel Mobile [protected]. From Last 6 months I am facing network issue so I tried to port my number in Idea. I applied for MNP service 15 days ago from aircel to idea but my mobile number not get ported to idea. I tried to contact with idea customer care they says Aircel service provider not letting me change the service provider, and I tried to contact with Aircel customer care but I did not get proper response from Aircel customer care. Then again I tried to call to Aircel customer care my call get disconnecting automatically. I am not getting support from Aircel Service provider side. My mobile number [protected].i pay my bill 600 on 09/06/2015 and i generate upc code on 10/06/2015 and my outstanding bill amount is -252. And my outstanding amount is till 23/06/2015 is 247 rupees i call and ask your customer care they told me your outstanding bill is not cleared.How i accept it.
i got message on 17/06/2015 your port out is rejected i called customer care thery told me don't care about that message you will port out on 22/06/215.
but not changed then i called 22/06/2015 then they told wait for two days.but no responce till 24/01/2015
