Aircel — Continuous deduction of balance fraudulently with fake excuses | |||
I have been an aircel customer for a long time, years I must say. I have been facing this issue of deduction of balance continuously since the month of November, 2014 I have reported the issue to the customer care but the only reply that I got is that my push message is being ticked/checked in the checkbox in my phone sms settings. A message comes into my mobile phone - Thanks for using aircel service, and immediately when I check my balance then a minimum of Rs. 5.00 is one/deducted out of no reason. I never subscribed nor did have ever used a service apart from using Internet recharge. But the customer care executive every time tell me that I am subscribing them on my side which I am sure that I didn't do. Today also an sms came to me as follows. SMS - Thanks for using aircel service Time of SMS - 13.19 Date of SMS - 18th Jan, 2015 I called up the Customer Care +[protected]. Name of Executive - Priyanka Time of calling - 15.31 Duration of Call - 3mins 33secs When I called her(customer care executive) then, I was being asked "if I am willing to get my refund back?" So, is this the solution that we customers expect? Balance gets deducted due to Co.'s fault and then their Customer Care Executive asks whether we are willing to get the refund. Also, the company is charging Re. 0.50/- per 3minutes for every time we have a chat with the customer care executive. So is this a way of earning some quick bucks from the customers by making them call for an issue that has occurred due to the company's fault. Another thing, I did not claim for many times the money that was deducted from me due to the company's fault so I guess it's not the company responsibility to return those deducted amounts if the customer does not claim them back. My question is how long this deduction of balance will continue ? Because the customer care executive has already told me that I am going to get the money back within 72 hours. I would require an action to be taken immediately because I am fed up of such experiences. I am having other telecom providers as well but never been subject to such inconvenience before.
