[Resolved] Aircel — Deducted my 210 though 3G internet (PI) was activated already. | |
I've recharged two times packs of 3G first time of ₹67 with 500 MB for 7 days and had ₹110 in my balance all money (deducted) also Internet was not working after deduction so all net memory wasted, I thought it maybe some error but didn't said anything as I'm very busy in my exams but on 28/09/2014 I've recharged again I've recharged ₹198's 1 GB 3G pack for 28days and had ₹.100 in my account but all deducted all money. Aircel is not replying for any mail just saying sorry for inconvenience experienced (auto generated mail). Please help me to get back my ₹210 back. (See the picture proof after recharge I've got that message that 1 GB 3G is activated with 7.1 MBPS speed) It's more than 10 days now still didn't get any proper reply and also my money didn't get refunded.
