[Resolved]  Aircel — deducting balance without activating any plans

Hi trai,

I am using aircel connection from past 2 years. Today (14th sep) my money got deducted from my account by activating the pack like clipzone.

In a recent times, it happens many times.
They are refunding the money back to accounts if we called to customer care in a 24-hour time frame, if not we are loosing the money.

And one more example that i faced:

Even after having data balance in my account (Data expires by 12th march), my amount 90/- got deducted from my account. I have given a call to customer care and discussed about my balance deductions and they said it may happened due to server maintenance. They asked me to drop a mail to [protected]@gmail.com with a screenshot and provided a proof on 9th march 2017.

I did not get any response even after following up twice or thrice with customer care.
We seriously loosing money in many ways by these networks.

Please let me know if you want me to provide screenshot that i forwarded to aircel.

Request you to take a serious action on these.

Yes, the amount has been refunded after giving a call to customer care.

And please let me know how the team is taking care of mails that we are sending. I have given an example in my earlier mail. Just want to know why we didn't receive a reply to that.

Is that the way u trained a team?
Is that the way that you are providing a service to customers?
