Respected Sir/ Madam, I, Prasenjit Dey, My Aircel mobile number is [protected], on 29/10/2015 at my Aircel Balance was 19.70, after few minutes it become 4.70, hence Aircel Deducted Rs. 15. I am facing this problem last few months, after every recharge my balance getting deducted. If call to aircel customer care but no response from Aircel representative.
