Aircel — Delay in sim card activation

DEAR Sir / Madam of Customer service executive from AIRCEL prepaid network, I have taken a new Sim card Yesterday at 11:00 am in Hyderabad. But it is not activated until now even though more than 24 hrs of time passed. Please activate my sim card or intimate me if any trouble appears from me. Your Identity proof which was submitted was not clear, hence request you to resubmit the same for activation of the number at the earliest.

Tried to reach you on alternate number, however there was no response.
