[Resolved] Aircel — documents and money taken but sim card was activated to someone else | |||||
My name is mohan, on dec 29, 2017, mrs. Chitra sent a message to my mobile #, saying that[protected] is available in postpaid, do you want to buy it... I said yes, she asked me to send all the proofs via whatsapp and transfer the funds to the below account, i got the sim card very next day, and i was told that it will activate in 24hrs, i waited for 3 days, it was not activated and i called chitra @ [protected] and she didn't pick the call at all, after one week, someone else picked and i asked the status, they said that the sim card was activated to someone else. I don't know then why they took money and proofs... Somehow i convinced myself and asked them to get some other number, but again they are not picking the call, i have been calling for months now... The number is always on but they are not picking only my number. Neither they are returning my money. I heard they are from coimbatore, gandhipuram office, and another marketing people has told that chitra does this to many other customers as well. U. Chitralakshmi kvb avinashi road branch, a/c [protected] ifsc code kvbl0001660 Just one person's fault is spoiling the reputation of the company...
