[Resolved] Aircel — Dongle Sim stop working | |
I am using aircel number [protected] from last 1 year. I am mostly using it in a dongle and in roaming (in Bangalore).
I recharge the number for 993 (12 GB 3G)on 12th July 2015 and around 29 july it was not bale to connect to internet so i again recharge it for 993 on 30 th july 2015 . It work for one day and stop after that . I was not able to check any balance, or call customer or through [protected] . I again recharge for 55 on 31 JULY, i got success on online but no message. I am getting signal in my SIM but no internet connection and even i cannot call 198 or 121 .
I raised the issue with Bihar customer and got this no ERN[protected]F39ML, but there has been no update on this
