[Resolved] Aircel — enquiry against porting number ds 352171 from aircel to airtel | |||||
As we all know that the aircel service provider had been closed and my mobile number [protected] has been ported from aircel to airtel. I have submitted all the necessary documents and waited for the last 1.5 months but till now action has not been taken, when i have enquired in the airtel office then they told me that your bill was not completed but i have paid my outstanding amount below attachments are all my payed slip but today i enquired in the aircel office then they had told me that the bill was not paid.in this way i had been cheated so please take immediate action so that i can get airtel sim. So this is my due request to you that because this number has been provided to all my government department and i am facing lots of problem, so take immediate action. Mar 9, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved Aircel office executive told me that i have not paid money but as i have sent attachments it had been paid.Because of these reason it had been showing that my outstanding bill is due, and due to which the porting is not completed Aircel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||||
