Aircel — Extra charges in Bill | |||
Aircel without customer knowledge activating some services and charging for that. when we raised complaint to customer care they not giving proper reply. i never used such services in aircel. Requesting to authorized person need to take action against this issues. Proof Reply from Customer care. With reference to your trail mail, we would like to inform you that we have investigated your concern regarding VAS charges for the Mobile Number: [protected] and confirm that a VAS service “HUNGAMA” had been subscripted through WAP mode on 4/9/2014 at 22:22:39 and an amount of Rs.5/- was charged for the same as per the subscription. Also, we would like to inform you that VAS service “HUNGAMA” is a auto renewal service; hence the same was renewed from 5/9/2014 to 9/9/2014. Further to the same, the above mentioned service is an individual subscription initiated from your side; hence the charges incurred are authentic and stands payable.
