Sir mane is website se aircel ke number pr 95 ka recharge kiya tha jisme mujhe 95 rs balance + 95 MB data + 95 sms milne the jbki mujhe sirf 95 ka balance diya gya baki benefit nhi diya gya or internet use krne pr 46.33 rs debit kr liye jo refund bi nhi kiye hn or customer care me 198 helpline number pr call krne pr call ya to cut ho jata h ya kisi dusre ke pass transfer kr dete hn or ek din me 3 bar call krne ke bad abhi call customer care me lag bhi nhi rha h so pllzzz kindly help me anyone.
