[Resolved] Aircel — I can't get my lost number | |||||
Hi i am jitendra mohanry i used an aircel odisha number from last 9 years and twice i replace same as sim lost with my documents. Recently i lost my handset on 15 jan 2018 in which sim inserted, so i give an complain about handset and sim lost after that i want my same number vut aircel odisha denied to give that number after i provided all proof o[censored]sing that sim as the concerned authority telling me name is not matched but as number is not aadhar linked. This number is the source of my income as it used so long by me, my mother aadhar also linked with same number. So kindly help me as they dont help me. And i am so harrashed by Mr Achuyta nanda Barik aircel office staff . Because from last 8years that number i am using and on 13 jan 2018 i lost my iphone and give police complain on 15 jan 2018.after that i go to aicel xpress were they first tell e this is an siver number it cost 5000 rupees. As this sim not registered in my name. So i inform them that i twice replace before sim with My document and they infom me why i not aadhar linked so i inform that.i dont know i will lost my phone and also aadhar link last period is march.so they inform me to mail care.[protected]@.co.in and mailed all detail on 15 jan 2018 with police complain attached. But i dont know they read or not what i write they just inform me to deposit your registered document so when i go to Aircel xpress to deposit he inform me to take Approvel from higher authority so he scan my proof of documents and inform me to wait for approval . after 3 to 4 days the call is come from Aircel xpress to deposit aadhar with 200 rs for sim([protected])so i reqched ther he given me one and tell me to wait for activation. Same i inform to Mr Achuyta nanda barik but he tell me approval is rejected as sim is registered to other name.but as i am user of sim form last 8 year so how can fake name and address is not changed as i twice sim replace for lost. But i so harrashed that my wife and i call aircel appellate for the help but that Guy Mr Achyuta nanda Barik receiving this call. Kindly help me as my buisness and i registerd this number to my all bank and other money transaction sight. Kindly sir help Me. Thank you.
