[Resolved] Aircel — illegal deduction of Rs 18 from my main balance by AIRCEL | |||
sir, i recharged with Rs 148 for 2GB high speed data for my aircel number [protected] on 13th june.but the speed was very slow.so i recharged again with Rs 128 for 1GB 2G/3G data on 17th june.i got a confirmation message from aircel about successful recharge.but they are not providing me data pack.i surfed net and used 1800kb data and they deducted Rs 18 from my main balance. kinddly look into the matter. thanks. the problem is not solved yet. www.aircel.com showed that Rs 128 recharge is for 1GB 2G/3G data.
now they claims Rs 128 is for 1GB 2G data(Limited Pack) and Rs 148 is for Unlimited data(High speed upto 2GB)
i did recharge with Rs 148 on 13th June.but the speed was very slow.so after seeing about Rs 128 recharge on their site i recharged again on 17th June.
