[Resolved] Aircel — Migrate from postpaid to prepaid | |||
Hi Aircel Team, As i have two aircel numbers given below.1) [protected] (Postpaid Jodi plan 111)2) [protected] (Postpaid Jodi plan 250)Now, i needs to migrate [protected] from postpaid to prepaid.But when i have discuss in your customer care your executive says you don't have any process by which you can migrate my number from postpaid to prepaid, What is this ?Please let me know exact process how i can migrate my number to prepaid, I will pay my july and august bill only after august i will never pay a single coin as postpaid rental.Look into the matter seriously, we have still 10 days remaining in august. let me know how much amount i have to pay, I will pay instantly.If due to any reason my number not migrated to prepaid then i am not eligible to pay any amount after august because i am ready for all terms and conditions from you. just let me know whatever required from my side i will do it right now.RegardsJitender Raghav Was this information helpful? | |||

In order to migrate from postpaid to prepaid you have to reach to nearest Aircel store along with the originals as well as photocopies of the following documents:
1. POA ( Proof of Address)
2. POI (Proof of Identity)
3. Two passport size photograph.
Please ensure that previous outstanding amount should be cleared.
